Thursday my trip took me from Hastings to Havelock North then down to Masterton. So, it wasn't until I passed the farm below that I realized that this was the first time I had seen any sheep since I had been in New Zealand, which was funny to me since there are supposed to be more sheep than people in this country! But I did see plenty of sheep over the remainder of the road trip.
Here are a couple of more pictures of the orchards in the Hawkes Bay/ Hastings area.
